Rebel S Racing (RSR) Products Front Bushing Set

Fits:  911 and 912 (69-89), all 930, 914

Rebel S Racing Product's front A-arm bushing set provides a semi-solid and super low friction design intended
for both street cars and fully dedicated track machines.  The maintenance free, replaceable bushing inserts are
guaranteed to last as long as you own your car.  Front and rear bushing housings are self-aligning to provide an
easy installation with a co-linear relationship for ideal A-arm and suspension function.  Zero deflection at
suspension pivot points will provide both street and race cars with optimal geometry.  Stainless steel inner races
combined with the super low friction coefficient of the bushing sleeves, allows the spring and shock to function
properly without having resistance from the old rubber bushings or undersized polyurethane types.  This
performance upgrade produces a more tunable, predictable, and comfortable front suspension.  Made in USA.

  • Extremely low coefficient of dynamic friction actually gets lower as more load is applied.  These bushings
    add rigidity to the front suspension during chassis flex as the A-arms play an integral role in keeping the
    front suspension tray from flexing.  Their friction coefficient provides zero binding, as dynamic loads
    increase the bushings become more slippery, this means less resistance and friction.   
  • Utilizes easily replaceable PTFE (Teflon) impregnated self lubricating thermoplastic polymer bushing liners.
  • Electro-polished stainless steel inner races.
  • Billet 6061 T6 CNC machined front and rear bushing housings.
  • Replaces factory stamped steel front and rear housings and rubber bushings.

"A MUST-HAVE ITEM FOR LOWERED CARS"

Fits 911’s (69-89), all 930's, 914’s, and 912's equipped with Turbo Tie Rods.

  • Allows Tie Rods to be adjusted downward in extra precise 1/32” (1mm) increments,  taking advantage of a
    wider adjustment range than other kits on the market.
  • Utilizes one of the highest quality alloy steel spherical rod ends available.  Teflon/kevlar lined, full length
    body, and capable of 30 degrees misalignment, so there is no binding throughout suspension travel or when
    the car is raised off the ground.
  • 14mm “tapered fit” 12.9 grade central shaft wedges itself into the steering arm just like the factory   Porsche
    tie rod ends, providing superior strength where it is needed.  No drilling of the steering arm is required.  
    Beware of the "other" kits using inadequate 7/16" bolts.

Rebel S Racing (RSR) Products Aluminum front strut / stress bar

Fits 911's (65-89), all 930's, and 912's.

The installation of a strut bar is one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways to improve your 911's handling
characteristics.

Machined from aircraft grade 6061 T-6 aluminum tube and features:
  • Teflon/Kevlar lined 6061 clear or black anodized rod ends (black ends come with black bars)
  • Metric 12.9 grade Allen mounting bolts.
  • Precision machined stainless steel conical spacers for proper load distribution.
  • Clear coated for protection.
  • Super-light at only 1.6 lbs.
  • Bolts into upper strut bushing plate in minutes (no drilling needed) and is VERY stout.
  • Opposite threaded tube design allows you to place a desired amount of pre-stress on shock towers and
    increase negative camber. It WILL pull your shock towers together if desired. Sits right below front hood
    when installed and does not interfere with trunk space (your Targa top will still fit perfect).  Made to a

Triangulated Strut Bar *Addition*

Fits 911's (65-89), all 930's, and 912's

Works in conjunction with the strut bar listed above.  Adding the second bar not only ties the upper strut
mounting points together, it triangulates them resulting in absolute minimum deflection under all types of extreme
loads.  This system is the lightest strongest possible bolt on solution and is recommended for street and track
cars with coil over or torsion bar suspension.  Installation instructions are included with the strut bar listed above.

We specialize in many different combinations of Bilstein and Koni strut modifications.  From raising spindles to
complete coil-over modifications we've got you covered.  Our services are professionally done in house and can
be specific to "your" struts.  We can provide the cores you need from our stock if necessary.  Turnaround time is
about one week.

Services Offered: (Prices are for core strut pairs provided by the customer).

  • Raise spindles to your specs, re-weld, weld on strengthening gussets, with restoration.  This is our most
    common service!!!            $295/pair

  • De-Camber spindles 1, 1.5, or 2 degrees. Puts additional negative camber into spindles, eliminating the
    need for costly de-cambering devices.  Ideal for coil over struts.  Only done in conjunction with spindle
    modification listed above.  $250/pair

  • Can be used to replace torsion bars or work with them.
  • Everything needed to convert Bilstein strut housings to coil over.
  • Allows ride height to be adjusted with ease.

  • Progressive or Tender/Main spring combinations can be used resulting in a modern comfortable yet very
    well handling ride.
  • Upper spring hat features our proprietary design sealed thrust bearing which proves to be the cleanest
    solution in steering/spring rotation.  Allows for maximum camber adjustments to be made.
  • Square threaded design is stronger and more resistant to dings, dirt, and binding associated with the
    traditional Bilstein rsr struts.  Square threads actually lock the spring perch in place under load, this is
    backed up by a nylon tipped set screw for extra security.
  • Shortened seal caps allow for 19mm more suspension travel.

Rebel S Racing (RSR) Rear Upper Spring Hats

  • *Included in our 911 coil over kit listed above, but also sold here separately for use with original RSR
    threaded body rear shocks.
  • Proper design moves spring downward providing spring clearance from chassis where it is needed most.  
  • Inside contour matches bump snubbers so there is no loss of suspension travel.  
  • Hat is precision engineered to slide down shock shaft so upon jacking the car the spring never loses
    contact with the hat, this avoids damage when the car is released to static height.

RSR Rear Shock Tower Reinforcements

This four piece weld in kit greatly strengthens both rear shock towers and shock bridge.  Designed for the 911,
930, or 912 chassis.  Boxed 3-D construction provides extra rigidity making it ideal for cars with coil overs and
larger spring rates.  This is a stronger replica gusset kit inspired by the original RSR race cars.

- Valving is custom tailored per order and is matched to your specific spring rate giving you ideal
initial settings.  Shock is shortened making it perfect for lowered cars.  Can be run inverted (upside down) for less
unsprung weight or in standard configuration.  Customer re-buildable and re-valvable for the do-it-your-selfers.  
This shock can always be upgraded to single or double adjustable as seen below.

Single Adjustable - Features all the benefits of the shock above, but also incorporates a 10 position rebound
adjustment knob located for quick and easy adjustments.  Adjustments allow you to maximize the performance on
every track and situation.  Rebound setting is determined by our professional experience and is set ideally for
your spring rate on position 5 (middle setting) giving you a wide range of fine tuned +/- adjustments.  Each click is
a 4% change + or - from the initial setting.

Double Adjustable - Features all the benefits of both the above versions, but also incorporates a 10 position
bound (high speed compression) adjustment knob and external cannister.  Bound knob is easily adjusted on
cannister and is determined by our professional experience based on your car's characteristics and purpose.  
Ideal bound rate is set on position 5 (middle setting) giving you a wide range of adjustments.  Hose length and
orientation of exit fitting (90 degree or straight) can be made custom to your needs.

DZ 935 Style X-Brace

Fits:  74-89 911, 930 and 69-73 911,912 with slight modification

Few details can evoke such emotion as the factory 935 style cross chassis brace as seen throughout IMSA in the late
70's. A simplistic design, light weight and proven over years of field testing from Sebring to Le Mans, it is a symbol of
simplistic perfection yet not often duplicated. The last photo is a ghost overlap of the real 935 X-Brace.
We are proud to present the 935 Cross Chassis Brace in spirit of the original that assisted the K3 to be the overall
winner of Le Mans in 1979. Only a few concessions were made in adapting this piece to fit a stock 911/930/964 chassis
taking into account items that race cars either didn't have or have to deal with in certain locations. Such as
accommodation for accessing a spare tire without removing the brace, the dog leg portion that served to allow battery
changes on the race cars now allows the stock 911/930 guy to use the space saver should the need arise.
This brace does not require any chassis modifications and is completely reversible, designed to be incredibly rigid
offering the highest levels of chassis strengthening that can be offered by a chassis brace short of a full cage. With
three active points of attachment at each corner to the chassis, each individual area can support incredible loads, and
when combined this brace will ensure no chassis flex from the corners, tower collapse nor tower expansion (camber
change mid corner).
Designed and executed the "X" brace locks the strut towers together at all 3 points per side of mounting. The resulting
product is a super rigid structure that is not in need of additional bars going to the bottom of the strut tower. The cross
bar is tied into the "X" sharing torsional load down to each corner of the front of the chassis allowing the forces that
would normally twist the chassis to be spread over a large but very stiff area of triangulation using each side of the
chassis to in effect brace against itself. Just as was found at IMSA & LeMans, our chassis brace gives you what you
need in a lightweight package - everything you need, nothing you don't.

Spring Perch Adapters 2.25" to 2.5"

Allows for the use of 2.5" ID springs on the standard 2.25" ID spring perches.  Sold as a four piece kit and
completes one pair of shocks or one coil over kit.  These will work on all of our RSR coil over kits but most popular
for the 914 since they have much more room to accommodate the larger 2.5" springs.  The 2.5" ID springs suit
the 914 very well, being available in lighter spring rates (less than 200 lbs/in) often complimenting the 914 owner
that wants to maintain street comfort while adding a significant performance gain.
